Hello!  I am a member in Mass. not serving under a corps.  I figured I would join this group to see what else the SCA is brewing in this tiny state.  I am currently doing GIS and field work in Uxbridge, and I may be interested in volunteering with you guys at later events.  Keep me posted.

Come volunteer with the crew! Please let us know if you can come to any of these events. If you can't but still want to volunteer, contact us. We would love your help!

water, lunch, and work gloves if you still have them. We will
have hard hats, extra gloves, and snacks.

Kenneth Dubuque State Forest Pond Loop - We have been working on improvements to this trail all summer, including new bridges, rock steps and stepping stones. We still have some more step stones to set.
-Saturday, Aug 3: 12 - 4 pm. We will supply lunch when you
first arrive and then we will get to work. Come dressed to
work with water and work gloves if you still have them. We
will have hard hats and extra gloves.

Come volunteer with our members in Quincy! We are having a volunteer event at Squatum Point Park on Thursday, Feb 21, from 10 am to 3 pm. Come for a few hours and do some pruning and trash removal. Let us know if you are coming and when.

SCA Massachusetts is hiring for a 5 month trail crew position starting March 10. Join this AmeriCorps program and learn trail skills; carpentry, chainsaw, or griphoist; and advanced wilderness first aid. Then set out across the state of Massachusetts, from Cape Cod to the Berkshires to do trail projects. Apply here!
